How to Use Technical Support (contracted work)/for Off-campus Users
We provide technical support to people outside of Tokyo Tech. Please contact us individually for information on available support, fees, and conditions of use.
Depending on the content and purpose of the analysis, we may not be able to respond to your request. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
The flow of use is as follows.
①Inquiry for use
Please inquire about the details of support, fees, and conditions of use.

②Application for use
Once we have determined the details of your support and the timing, we will send you the necessary documents, so please fill them out and send them to us.
We will contact you by email.
Depending on the nature of your request, we may meet with you face-to-face.
We will also confirm the contents of the contract.
④Implementation of the business contract
We will carry out the commissioned work based on a pre-arranged meeting.
⑤Payment of usage fees
Billing documents will be issued to the billing agent. Please pay by bank transfer by the specified date. We do not accept cash payments.
